Barb B.: Porch edge and foundation corner concrete repair

Barb B. needed some concrete repairs, and FLEX it took care of the localized porch-edge and foundation-corner work. FLEX it removed loose and deteriorated material, cleaned and prepared the exposed surfaces, then rebuilt the localized areas with a polymer-modified concrete repair material. This was a localized surface repair, not structural foundation stabilization.
